    Questions men usually ask first

    The phone consultation is 10 minutes. The in person appointment at the clinic is 30 minutes. Picking a slot takes about 30 seconds.
    No. The consultation is free. If you decide to go further, everything is explained clearly to you before you commit to anything.
    Yes. It is a private consultation with a registered pharmacist and your notes stay with the pharmacy.
    We ask how you have been feeling, go through your history and any medication, and talk through what could be behind it. You finish with a clear plan of what to do next.
    Often a testosterone test is a sensible next step, because you cannot tell what your levels are doing from how you feel alone. We explain what the test involves and arrange it if it is the right step for you.
